Wonderful film. Beautifully shot, fantastic acting and directing, and had me on the edge of my seat start to finish. Not your average popcorn flick, if you don't want to see an immersive, deep movie, it's not for you. The style is very retro and art-housey, and Drive totally pulls it off. Ryan Gosling's best role by far!

A cool, retro, action flick. A present day 80's thriller.

I found this movie really hard to follow. No real background on the main and we are just plopped down in the middle of a situation. I Never understood his instructions to the thieves and could never really figure out where he was coming from. The info provided in the movie was choppy at best.

Dark and slow. If you like becoming more depressed as the movie goes on then watch this movie.

I read all the comments before watching the movie, and actually all the comments are correct. It is a very dark movie. The first 5 minutes has a lot of action. There are moments where the acting sucks so bad. They just look at each other and hardly say anything. Weird. But on the other side, the movie is actually really good. A lot of action, some nudity, swearing. I will still give it a 3. If it wasn't for those terrible moments of acting, I would give it a higher rating. I am a girl in my 50's.

A very dark movie. Also, a very good movie. Gosling and Brooks are fantastic in this crime-drama.
