I didn't think Ryan Gosling pulled off the part of the supposedly quiet-but-menacing type. Also a noticably slow paced action(?) movie for much of its playing time. The violence was over the top unbelievable at one or two points with the audience laughing.

It started out with a good plot to the story than turned really violent. Who stabs someone in the eye with a fork & thinks that's ok to show to the public. Didn't like violence in last half of the movie. Ruined movie.

CRAP ! dont expect a movie..its an artistic piece of crap with no action and 7 lines per charactor.Just a lot of driving around at night reflecting on who knows what with special lighting to try to look cool. this movie should have been called "DUMB A_ _ WITH A OLD CAR" Its not original it was done in the 80's....watch the trailor and then go stand in the corner and look at the wall for hour and half...its the same thing !

A very fun movie. I usually don't say this, but there's just something about this movie that makes me wish it was in 3D.

For a movie featuring a stunt car driver, it's sadly lacking in good car stunts and chase scenes.

By far, the worst movie my husband and I have EVER seen. At least 10 scenes lasting 5 minutes with one line of dialogue. The only good parts were violent and there were too few to speak of and to top it off-horrible ending.

saw this movie at T.I.F.F this year and it was awesome! good action, good acting, well written/directed. Ryan Gosling owns the screen in this movie. He makes me proud to be Canadian
