The best gay movie this generation has to offer! The movie is romantic, raw, powerful, great story, cast and filmaking. The movie is exactly how I pictured it when I was reading the book a little over a year ago. It`s been many hours now since I saw it at a screening at work last night, yet I woke up reminiscing about the movie. A definite must see by ALL!!!

it was so romantic...yet so tragic. it left me and my friends talking about it for a while. the emotion in the movie was so raw that it made you ache for the characters of Jack twist and ennis and also their wifes. it was very touching and i can`t wait to buy it on video. it a beautiful yet tragic story and it played out on the screen beautifully. everybody should see the movie no matter thier sexual orientation. it was just beautiful and ful of emotion.
