This movie proves that simplicity can be very powerful. Gyllenhaal and Ledger were incredibly cast in this beatiful film. I couldn`t stop talking about it for hours after I left the theatre. Best movie of the year.

I read the short story before watching the movie. The movie honestly portrays the original story. It was very beautiful yet sad. The actors do a great job. The only drawback I found was the pace of the movie..which was quite slow.
