I never wanted two people to be together so badly. It stired up every emotion. Thank you to the writers and cast for a great movie. I can`t wait to buy it on dvd to watch at home.

A wonderful film that touches your heart. The main actors really deliver deep and heartfelt portrayals of characters who you feel for. The realness of this story is in it`s simple yet complex dealings with love. Everyone can relate to the paradox inherent in true love and that common element draws you into the story right from the start, regardless of what your personal preferences are. A must see film which was long overdue to be made.

This movie was so touching. It made me greatful for how far our society has come, and fearful of how far we still have to go. Those of you that take time and energy to argue the gay issue should spend that precious energy on issues that hurt people not issues about who can love who.

I loved it. All you haters have had your Romeo and Juliet stories done over and over again *yawn*. I finally see a story that reflects love between two people that aren`t straight. I am tired of the medias portrayal of gay man as caricatures like flaming designers with nothing to do but get a tan. These are real men. These are real people all hurt by society`s intolerance. Maybe it`s just too deep for those who take for granted the freedom they have to love whom they wish. Go see it and challenge your prejudices.

I went in with high expectations. This is usually disasterous, movies just don`t live up to their hype. Brokeback Mountain exceeded my expectations. The performances were brilliant. Everyone is talking about Heath but I thought Jake carried the movie. This is not a gay love story. It`s simply a love story.

It was a tragic love story.....not about gender...bout love.....you actually wanted the two men to leave their families and make a new life for themselves..... Is it a movie I would go see again....? No!.....Unlike Pretty Woman..where Julia Roberts ...gets the fairy tale and the whole ball of wax.....and has the happy ending....this...Brokeback Mountain is very sad.
