Busboys Overview

Two longtime friends, Markie (David Spade) and Steef (Theo Von), feel stuck in their lives and decide to take jobs as busboys at a busy restaurant, mistakenly believing it will bring them fortune and a fresh start. Instead, they are quickly overwhelmed by the chaos of the service industry, difficult personalities in the kitchen, and their own inability to follow even basic instructions.

As each shift descends into increasingly absurd disasters, the pair begin to realize their problems run deeper than bad jobs. Their attempts to fix things only make matters worse, forcing them to confront their friendship, pride, and direction in life.
